Proudly Family Owned Since 1985
We’re Fabrizio & Sons, a family-owned natural stone restoration company established in 1985. We help homeowners and businesses in Lutz restore worn stone throughout their properties.
We care for marble, granite, travertine, and limestone surfaces, including floors, countertops, vanities, and shower surrounds. We provide repair and refinishing for worn stone, including honing, polishing, and correction of scratches and etch marks. We also treat stains and repair chips when the material and damage allow.
We start by checking the stone and finish, then recommend repairs or refinishing suited to the damage we find. We also prepare the work area and protect nearby surfaces before restoration starts. We want you to understand the proposed work and what it can achieve, so you can decide how best to care for the stone in your home or business.
Refresh Worn Marble & Natural Stone
The right treatment depends on the problem. A stain is absorbed discoloration, so the source and depth of the mark matter. An etch is different because it comes from a chemical reaction that damages the surface itself and is often corrected through refinishing steps such as honing and polishing. For example, marble floor polishing can refine a dull or worn finish. Countertop etch correction, stain removal, chip repair, and scratch removal address different types of surface damage.
Honing uses abrasives to create a smooth matte or satin finish, while polishing refines the stone toward a higher sheen. An impregnating sealer may reduce absorption and improve stain resistance, but it does not stop etching, scratches, wear, or every stain, and some stones may not need sealing at all.

Careful Craftsmanship for Every Stone Surface
If your marble or other natural stone in Lutz looks worn, dull, marked, or uneven, an assessment can help determine whether the problem is mostly at the surface or whether deeper damage changes the plan. It can also reveal practical limits that make restoration more or less suitable for the stone in place.
That review helps a homeowner or property manager decide whether restoration is a sensible alternative to replacement. For Lutz properties, contact Fabrizio & Sons to discuss the condition of your stone and the next step.
