Proudly Family Owned Since 1985

We’re proud to be a family-owned business with roots in stone restoration since 1985. At Fabrizio & Sons, we serve homeowners and commercial property owners in Keystone.

We restore marble, granite, travertine, and limestone floors and countertops, as well as other installed stone surfaces. We provide repair and refinishing for worn stone, including honing, polishing, and correction of scratches and etch marks. We also treat stains and repair chips when the material and damage allow.

Before we recommend a treatment, we identify your stone, examine the damage, and discuss the finish you want. We prepare and protect the surrounding area before work begins. Throughout the planning process, we focus on the condition of your stone and the improvements you want, so you can make a clear decision about restoring it.

Refresh Worn Marble & Natural Stone

The right treatment depends on the problem on the surface. A stain is absorbed discoloration, so the source and depth of the discoloration matter when deciding how to address it. Etching is different. It is damage caused by a chemical reaction at the surface, and it is usually corrected through refinishing methods that reshape the finish. For example, marble floor polishing can refine a dull or worn finish. Countertop etch correction, stain removal, chip repair, and scratch removal address different types of surface damage.

Honing uses abrasives to create a smooth matte or satin appearance, while polishing refines the stone toward a higher sheen. An impregnating sealer may help reduce absorption and improve stain resistance, but it does not prevent etching, scratches, wear, or every stain, and some stones may not need sealing at all.

For Keystone property owners, a proper evaluation helps determine which approach matches the stone, the finish, and the type of damage present.

Careful Craftsmanship for Every Stone Surface

If the stone in your Keystone home or building looks dull, marked, or uneven, an assessment can clarify whether the problem is mainly on the surface or more extensive. That helps identify practical limitations and whether restoration is a sensible option.

In many cases, the decision comes down to how much of the original material can still be successfully improved and whether the final result will meet the needs of the space. If you are comparing restoration with replacement, Fabrizio & Sons can help you understand the condition of the marble and what can be done next.
