Proudly Family Owned Since 1985
We’re Fabrizio & Sons, a family-owned natural stone restoration company established in 1985. We help homeowners and businesses in Horizon West restore worn stone throughout their properties.
Our experience covers marble, granite, travertine, and limestone, with restoration for floors, countertops, showers, and other stone surfaces. We provide repair and refinishing for worn stone, including honing, polishing, and correction of scratches and etch marks. We also treat stains and repair chips when the material and damage allow.
Before work begins, we review the stone, discuss your needs, and plan repairs and refinishing around its condition. We take care with the surrounding space as we prepare for repairs and refinishing. Our goal is to help you retain the natural stone you already have when restoration is a suitable option, with clear expectations for the finish.
Refresh Worn Marble & Natural Stone
A stain is absorbed discoloration, so the right treatment depends on what caused it and how deeply it entered the stone. An etch is different. It is a chemical reaction that changes the stone surface, and it is corrected through refinishing methods rather than stain treatment. For example, marble floor polishing can refine a dull or worn finish. Countertop etch correction, stain removal, chip repair, and scratch removal address different types of surface damage.
Honing uses abrasives to create a smooth matte or satin finish. Polishing refines that surface toward a higher sheen. When needed, an impregnating sealer may help reduce absorption and improve stain resistance, but it does not stop etching, scratches, wear, or every stain. Some stones may not need sealing, so the surface should be assessed before any plan is made.

Careful Craftsmanship for Every Stone Surface
If marble or other natural stone in Horizon West looks dull, marked, or uneven, restoration may be a practical alternative to replacement. An assessment can identify whether the issues are limited to the surface or whether deeper damage and other limitations make replacement more sensible.
That review also helps determine what can realistically be improved and what cannot. If you are weighing options for stone that has lost its finish or shows visible wear, contact Fabrizio & Sons for Horizon West marble restoration guidance.
